Text Message Program

Payday Money Centers (“we”, “us” or “ours”) offers text messaging as a convenient method to receive certain communications regarding your relationship with us. These optional communications include account notifications, servicing alerts, reminders, collection contact, and promotional offers.

We provide opportunities during the application/customer onboarding process for you to opt-in to our Text Message Program. You may also join the Text Message Program by completing the opt-in form below. We only send text messages to consumers who have opted into the Text Message Program.

Consent to Receive Texts. By providing us with your mobile phone number and opting in to our Text Message Program, you authorize Payday Money Centers to contact you at the number provided via text message (SMS and/or MMS) using an automatic telephone dialing system. Your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you or that you may receive from us. Text message frequency will depend on your specific account details. Payday Money Centers, its wireless carriers, and service providers are not liable for any undelivered or delayed text communications. Please notify us immediately if you change mobile number.

Help or Support. For help or additional information regarding our Text Message Program, reply “HELP” to any text message received from us. You may also contact us by calling (877) 293-0000 or by emailing us at customercare@pmcstores.com.

Opt-Out or STOP. If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, you may unsubscribe by replying “STOP” to any text message received from us. After opting out, you will receive a final message confirming your request to unsubscribe. Please note that opting out may affect your ability to receive certain types of communications from us.

Please understand that text messages we send may be seen by anyone with access to your mobile phone. You should take steps to safeguard your phone and your text messages if you want them to remain private. By checking the box below and clicking “Submit”, you agree you are providing your electronic consent to receive text messages (SMS and/or MMS) from Payday Money Centers and that we may send text messages to communicate account statuses, account updates, account balances due and past due, reminders and alerts. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase and that you can opt out at any time.
